Its Team Six

First trimester at BIM...

It's still in my memory how this team has formed, its not a planned one , its not an expected one, formed with an urgency but resulted into a team from where I saw the real "Team Spirit".

The rules for the team formation were like this..Each team should consists of six members and atleast a girl should be there... So we were in the race to form a team and finally ended with ten members as a surprise.

Now the question to us was how to form a team of six? because there were no members free other than this...And leaving four members simply also not possible...so we planned to split this into two teams. Manoj sat down and started to write the names "one in left and one in right", and thus resulted into two teams with 5 members each....And two guys joined later in the class were added one in each team. This is how team six formed.

To tell about the team ..oh there are really lots of stuffs...Still now I know the team has only positives like healthy discussions, never giving up, willingness to share work, understanding others commitments , pushing the team ahead, group study etc etc ...but I guess pulling together everyone (especially me ) for the meeting at right time was a tough task :) for meeting schedulers...

I liked the feedback session conducted at the end of every trimester and the only way we freak out at the end of every presentation at seakings :) ..I heard that more work pressure and busy schedule will enhance the team spirit a lot, but is it true in our case..might be..

  1. I am a proud member of this team, the TEAM SIX. And I can say that that is the best part of my life in BIM. This time was formed out of urgency, but the six of us discovered that we were not just team mates who would get together only when some assignment comes up, but that we were the best of friends. Always ready to help each other. I still remember Manoj and Mithun doing my math assignment, Mani calculating the financial ratios for all of us for the FRPA assignment, and Shivani and Giri always ready to give any sort of help at any time. All I had to do ws do the final design for the ppts. This team will be the best team. And we will still continue going to seakings every week, and celebrate everyone's bday. I am sure that specialization differences wont make any difference in our lives. And Mani will always be our Fin Guru. Kudos to you mani, for bringing in our special memories in this blog :)

  2. I m the youngest member of this team:)Team that was formed just like that with no expectations but just to meet the 4+2 criteria. The first thing that comes to mind abt my team is the helping attitude, each one willing to help others. There are so many moments to cherish, the treats, going to seakings after every presentation, group studies during exams and i m very happy to be a part of this. we may take different specialization, diff classes but v are still one happy family. world s a more beautiful place to live in wid ppl lik u… rock on!

Every moment spent with you ppl are worth cherishing. Be it healthy discussions or useless talks. The most wonderful thing about TEAM SIX is 'understanding others commitments and still being a team'..

First of al Mani awsome blog.Realy proud of u man.And about the most happening team at BIM tema 6.As mani pointed out this team was formed out of nothing and i was the last person to join in and that too not by choice of not by force but by chance. And now i know tats one heck of a chance which came ma way coz ma life would have been completly different if not for the other 5 members of this team.As shivani said we love our perfections and our imperfections. We cherish each and evry moment of our journey as a team and now i can see it culminating into a strong bond of friendship which am sure will last for ever.We rock guysss!!!
